My Yoga
Every Practice is Unique
I started having a regular yoga practice in 2014 when I joined an Iyengar studio in Montana. I loved the focus on anatomy and alignment that Iyengar yoga provides. Using props and variations for every class made it obvious that anyone can do yoga with the right support.

My classes include elements of Iyengar, Yin, restorative, Anusara, and Hatha yoga. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Arhanta Yoga Ashram in the Netherlands. Having a regular yoga practice is especially important to my mental health. I find yoga helps me to self-regulate, stay grounded, and understand my body.

I live in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom where I work as the re-entry coordinator for the Orleans County Restorative Justice Center. I am also a student in the Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Vermont State University.
