Meredith Whitney Yoga and Earthbound Wellness LLC bring you this special restorative class at the time of the summer solstice. Feel your body rest and relax into long, restorative yoga shapes while receiving gentle reiki energy healing. This class will help bring quiet and peace to your nervous system and physical body. All levels, abilities, and bodies are welcome. Come as you are and we will supply the rest.
