About the event
This workshop includes elements of meditation, yoga asana, and quiet reflection to foster loving-kindness toward yourself and others. The yoga postures are accessible to both beginners and experienced practitioners. Meredith will guide you through her own, unique version of a loving-kindness meditation inspired by the work of Sarah Blondin and Anodea Judith.
