Take time to nurture your shadow and hold space for the powerful transformations that come with darkness. This restorative yoga class gives the body and mind deep rest while we nestle into winter and welcome the gradual return of the light. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome. Yoga mats and props are provided.
