About the event
This extra-long restorative yoga class will incorporate elements of meditation and long posture holds to nourish and replenish your body and mind. Wear extra comfy and cozy clothing. There are plenty of props and yoga mats available at the studio for everyone. This practice is open to all yogis, bodies, and abilities
